Working with a personal trainer will help you discover a new found confidence, a sense of accomplishment and an increased knowledge of health and fitness. Having a personal trainer isn’t just about getting physically fit, it’s also about personal development and getting the life you want possible!

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Arzadon Fitness Personal Training Experience

  • Based on your fitness consultation, we will work together to create a customized program to correct and improve your muscle imbalances, flexibility, and posture as well as improve your body composition and burn fat!
  • Customized Nutritional Guideline - You will learn and develop an understanding of your nutritional lifestyle and supplementation needs and changes to get the results you want.
  • Monthly Biosignature Modulation Assessments to track your progress.
  • Private or Semi Private – 60 Minute Sessions

Nutrition & Supplementation Guidance

We ask every new client to keep a detailed food diary during this program. This will help you monitor your dietary habits and make positive changes to how you eat. Keep in mind we do integrate your nutritional program within your existing lifestyle, since our main concern is to put you on the right track towards enduring attainable healthy eating habits.

Based on your Biosginature Modulation Assessment, we will recommend supplementation protocols to enhance your results and quickly improve your health. 

Training Sessions

Training sessions are one hour long and depending on your fitness goals, we ask that you commit to meeting with your trainer 3 times a week for the first six weeks.

We pay extremely close attention to everything that you do when exercising with us. Expect to work with very passionate trainers who will educate you, monitor your progress, hold you accountable, and motivate you towards the life you have always envisioned for yourself.
